If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BWC Trading s.r.o is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@seahorseoils.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Dispute Resolution Policy
General Principle
In the event that a dispute arises between the parties concerning the interpretation, application, or validity of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the parties agree to attempt, in the first instance, to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute amicably within thirty (30) days of it being recognized, the dispute shall be resolved as provided in this Dispute Resolution Policy.
Initial Contact
If a user has a dispute with our services or products provided via Seahorse-Oils.com, they should first contact our Customer Service at sales@seahorseoils.com with a detailed description of the problem and any proposed resolution. We aim to address all requests promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Escalation Process
If the initial dispute resolution attempt is unsuccessful, the user can escalate the dispute by contacting dispute@seahorseoils.com. A dedicated Seahorse Oils dispute resolution team member will review the dispute and provide a final decision within a reasonable time frame.
Online Dispute Resolution
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above escalation process, the user has the right to submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This platform provides a simple, efficient, fast, low-cost, and out of court solution to disputes related to online transactions. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These GTC shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert European country]. The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through mediation or the ODR platform will be brought in the courts located within [Insert European country].
